Above and Beyond I walked into the Honda dealership, on a hectic Saturday, with a mission: to purchase a 2013 Honda Civic with very low mileage for an international s I walked into the Honda dealership, on a hectic Saturday, with a mission: to purchase a 2013 Honda Civic with very low mileage for an international student who is in college in Wisconsin. I had done a week's worth of internet research to make sure the Civic was still the car I thought it was. I was authorized by this young man's parents to spend under $20,000 and get him the safest, most reliable, economical and fun car I could. The "fun" part was my addition: a 19 year old guy with a newly minted driver's license needs to be jazzed about his first car, doesn't he? Lee Lorrigan, from his first warm greeting, and throughout the adventure that was to follow, was the best man for the job. He found a 2013 Civic, black, with 40 miles on it. He held the car while I presented the details to my student, and he to his parents in another country; he understood when I felt the weight of making this decision for others, and I investigated cars at four other dealerships to make sure Martin and his parents were satisfied. His finance officer did yeoman's duty in drawing up the paperwork at least three times--to help a first-time buyer in another state wade through the procedures of the purchase. Lee's "can do" attitude and reassurances throughout relieved the burden I felt; attending to the technical details is one thing, but this was a help beyond measure. Thank you, Lee, and the entire crew at Darling's Honda, for service above and beyond all expectations! More

Awesome Salesman! I recently leased a 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L and my salesman was Lee Lorigan. Lee did a great job working with me and getting me the payment I wanted. I I recently leased a 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L and my salesman was Lee Lorigan. Lee did a great job working with me and getting me the payment I wanted. I was contemplating leasing a Kia Sorento but Lee really fought for my business and offered me the best deal. What impressed me the most about Lee was that when I needed to pick up my new car, Lee needed to deliver another vehicle from Bangor all the way to Stonington. I told Lee that I wouldn't mind if someone else helped me finalize everything so he could get on the road to Stonington but he refused. He stayed later in the day and even took the time to program the CR-V for me. He never made me feel that he was in a hurry even though I knew he wouldn't get back to Bangor until quite late from Stonington. Anyone dealing with me when car shopping has to have the patience of a saint but Lee went above and beyond that. Ben Doucette handled the financial end and he was equally accommodating and personable. I had a great experience at Darlings Honda and love my new CR-V!! A. Kane More
