Sale went horribly. I was never shown the features even though i said show me. Sales person assumed things about me that were very demeaning. Parts on vehicle were brok I was never shown the features even though i said show me. Sales person assumed things about me that were very demeaning. Parts on vehicle were broken and needed to be fixed. Was sold van as if everything was 100%. Not the case. They have fixed all but one broken window shade but I had to spend 12 hours driving back and forth to get it fixed over multiple visits. I wont be a repeat customer. I will say the staff that helped me while the van was being fixed were very nice and pleasant to talk to. Edit: the upper manager has called me to help fix how the sale went and I appreciate that. So even if by chance something doesn't go quite the way it should they are definitely willing to make it right. More

Normally a great experience, but they somehow damaged/stained most of the trim on my Passport with their “complimentary car wash”. Nothing I have done to wash/remove it makes any difference.
