My Honda CR-V Kathy was excellent on the day I picked up my car with a short and informational series of meetings. She has a wonderful approach of friendly and professional together. This is my 4th Darlings Car (ford Sport Track, Honda Element, Ridgeline and now CR-V) and I would come back again to work with Kathy. Ryan was also a big help in selecting the car as I was still figuring out what vehicle to get. He went the extra mile to search models get the options I wanted. Had my oil changed for the first time here So I recently moved back to this area and realized I needed a new service center to bring my Honda CR-V. When I made the appointment they were very polite and professional. They were ready and waiting and my car was done in less than an hour which included the tire rotation and a complimentary wash (which was a nice surprise). The tech even teased me a little saying they took about 10lbs of dirt of my CR-V haha (Maine can be a little hard on vehicles btw 😉) So my experience was very positive, 10 of 10 would recommend to a friend, and I most definitely will be back the next time I need service More

Salesman had a chip on his shoulder We stoped in after seeing an ad for a truck around the same price. We were looking to buy at. This so called sales person was polite for the first few minutes then he beagn asking us WHY we were trading a 9 month old truck and then after getting an insulting offer on my Denali I said this is an insult he got very mouthy and said then look at a cheaper truck with cloth seats he also stated that my truck was not worth much and that he could buy Denali diesels all day long for 40,000 new so a 28,000 offer for trade was fare. RIP OFF UNEDUCATED AND RUDE SOB this sales person lost a sale over his higher than mighty altitude laughing a customer when they say I am done is not good business I hope that the owner calles me back he really should listen to the recording I have from the whole conversation with this idiot. This person needs to be given the opertunity to succeed at flipping burgers rather than selling cars More

No pressure, highly informed, sales with a smile! When I entered the dealership, I had already decided on a different make and model truck. Kathy was able to show me why this Nissan Titan was what I actually needed, without pressure! She got me the best price and set me up with the extras I was looking for, up to and including : making appointments for me and ferrying my truck around for me because I live so far away! She researched questions I had and brought the Head of Service over to us to address other concerns. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with an Auto Sales Person!
