He explained all the mechanical components of the car and all the new electronics by demonstrating each element as he discussed them, and then gave me the opportunity to try each element when I drove the car, clarifying anything I was unclear of then. . Jim and Ryan worked together to help me understand the purchasing procedure and I believe I received a very fair price from my trade in and the new car. Finally, Lee in financing was also so efficient. I've never been in a closing that went so smoothly or had been explained as well as Lee did. Of course Honda has an excellent rating and Darlings also receives an excellent+ recommendation from me. This is the first car I've bought that I can say there was no stress and it was actually fun! Excellent experience. As far as my experiences with service, they have been very good, with little exception. The crv when I took delivery of it, had no windshield washer fluid in it. And shortly before I traded it in, the same item, I found that the cap was never replaced on that reservoir, from the last service. Just little things, but I would recommend watching the details, it can become a negative for customers. All in all I feel that I can call anyone there with any question or concern, and get a more than satisfactory result. More
