Great deal , no pressure I was so happy with my experience. Usually getting a new car is a lengthy, all day experience. I emailed and got a response quickly. Within hours I had a response. I went to test drive a car and soon after was taking a new car home. Scott made me feel no pressure but somehow managed to get me the best deal in town. He also offered future help with all of the technology in my car since it was a little overwhelming. He is a great salesman and I would recommend him to anyone...in fact, I already have recommended him to many friends and family! Also, at the end we dealt with Lee. He was very informative about all the warranty stuff. He knew what he was talking about. But again, no pressure. It's unlike any other place I've ever been. More

A+ Experience I will start off this review by stating I am a manager at a luxury dealership in downtown Boston, where quality and a premium experience matter. My mo I will start off this review by stating I am a manager at a luxury dealership in downtown Boston, where quality and a premium experience matter. My mother (in Maine) was in an accident two days before Thanksgiving, totaling her SUV. When I was home for Thanksgiving I decided I would take her car shopping and assist her in the car buying experience. We went into the day thinking we were going to just try out a few different small sized SUV’s, and use the day as a “research day”. Our first stop, Darling’s Honda-Nissan-Volvo in Bangor, were my mother wanted to try out a new Honda CR-V and a new Nissan Rogue. Upon walking in, we met Joe Pelletier, who greeted us, as his desk is the first desk in the showroom. Good decision on the GM’s part to place Joe there. I knew immediately we had a great salesman the minute I saw he was hand writing “Thank You” cards and “Happy Anniversary” cards to all of his clients. Joe asked my mother all the appropriate questions to see what was most important to her in a vehicle. He pulled up two vehicles for her to test drive and off we went. When we came back, he could tell my mother was more enthusiastic about the Honda CR-V than the Rogue. So at that point focused his own enthusiasm on the Honda CR-V and told her all about it. Next thing we know, we are running lease numbers with Josh the sales manager, who again, was another individual GREAT to deal with. My mother was very happy with the lease numbers, so in we went to finance were we dealt with Lee, who lived up to the expectations his peers already set. By the end of all of it, my mother was driving home the SAME DAY in her new Honda CR-V and could not have been happier. I was simply amazed how Joe and everyone we encountered at Darling’s Honda Nissan Volvo was courteous, kind, and acted like they genuinely cared about us as clients. The premium experience they delivered was by far, the best customer experience I have seen in years. I could only hope to have this type of quality employees, giving this type of premium service at my dealership here in Boston! Thank you to Joe and team for making this such an easy buying experience! More

Comfortable with no pressure We hadn't actually planned on purchasing a car that day. We were merely window shopping. The Honda Pilot seemed perfect for us, however. He was knowledgable and so warm and friendly. The best and most incredible part of the interaction was that we felt no pressure. He conveyed a feeling that he was just interested in our needs and didn't put on the typical "salesman" aura. We left so happy and felt as though we had also made a friend. For us, the high pressure salesperson is so disagreeable. We in no way found that in our experience with Scott at Darlings. I unhesitatingly recommend him More
