Customer service I work in the service industry (medicine), but we have a lot to learn from Darling's, where I bring my Civic for its maintenance work. I am continuously updated on the wait time; I am offered coffee and other amenities; most importantly, the bill is fully explained and never a surprise. I wish it were this way when my patients came to see me at the doctor's office. More

consistently over the top service I really thought I'd experienced all of the greatness of this service team until recently: my Honda needed service and I couldn't get to the dealershi I really thought I'd experienced all of the greatness of this service team until recently: my Honda needed service and I couldn't get to the dealership. I'd received an email stating that they might be able to come get my car and with one phone call, Mike Dumond made it all happen. Not only were all of the service points taken well care of--I got my car back in less than half a day and it had been washed spiffy clean. Nobody in town can hold a candle to this service team. More
