From "Old Blue" to "New Red" When my husband and I began our next vehicle "search" we had driven through Darlings Nissan, and also the Kia Sportage lot...We had an '09 Rogue which When my husband and I began our next vehicle "search" we had driven through Darlings Nissan, and also the Kia Sportage lot...We had an '09 Rogue which we'd bought new at Darlings. I had written to the salesman we bought that Rogue from, hoping to meet up with him again. Well as fate would have it, that guy had moved over to another department so he forwarded my email on to Scott. Scott contacted me immediately and I could tell he would be very helpful to me. We made plans for me to go down later that day to try out another Rogue.. When I walked into the dealership, there was a gentleman standing over by the counter and I approached him and immediately said "Scott"? and he said "Glenda"? His observance my bright yellow glasses and his comment about how much he liked them, set the tone for our visit! After we talked for a bit...and I shared with him what I would like to have on my new vehicle...he went and brought one over for me to look at. I LOVED the red color, but I felt there were too many things on it for me...I didn't really need to have all the "bells and whistles" that vehicle had...so Scott took my lead and said..."I agree with you Glenda, let me go get the other model"...So he did...and we looked it all over and got in so he could go over some features with me that had been added since 09! There were so many wonderful things added to it...and he explained it all and answered any questions I had...and off I went to try it out...After an hour I was back, and gave him info he needed to work out a "deal" for me...and then I took the vehicle home to drive it on the roads I travel and to drive it at night so I could test the lights out in the dark! Scott was in contact with me throughout the nextday as well as the finance guy...and when my husband and I took the vehicle back, we signed the paperwork and now we have a beautiful 16 Rogue in Red...which I'm loving more and more, and some of the features in it are fantastic. Scott messaged me the following day checking in to make sure things were still making me happy...and he's messaged me several other times...he's promised he'll take good care of me, and I already can tell that he's going to do just that....I recommend Scott, without hesitation...to anyone looking for a vehicle knowing he'll work his "magic" to find what the customer wants! More

Never imagined it could be this good! I went to Darling's for a reliable vehicle! My trade in was an embarrassment, I was ashamed to be behind the wheel of that wreck! Joe greeted me with a bright smile, his electric personality sprang out and welcomed me. He treated me like a friend and he talked to me... he asked all the questions, knew what i was firm on and busted his tail feathers to get me into a vehicle I could love! Into a vehicle that would get my needs and my desires. He knew I needed something, and made every effort to get me out of an unsafe vehicle. Joe introduced to me Lee, another bright smile, another welcoming personality, someone you could be real with! I told him that I came to Darling's to get a car and got therapy too! While that paper ran it wasn't the typical odd silence i've experienced when buying other cars. We talked about dogs, about cars, about life! These guys worked two days to negotiate a deal that I could be comfortable with, staying well past closing to push numbers, make deals, and understand a customer a little better. These two wonderful people convinced the bank to take a chance on woman trying to rebuild herself... Darling's is lucky in my humble opinion to have such exceptional men on their team!
