Best Experience Scott was a great salesman when I bought my first Honda 2 years ago. I was driving a Pontiac G-5 when GM was doing all those recalls on its cars. I got one of those recalls and it shared my car was unsafe to drive. I took this recall to the local GM dealer and inquired what do with it and when could they fix my car. The Service Dept because it was overwhelmed with recalls essentially said there was nothing they could do for me until they had parts and they would put me on a waiting list when the parts started to come in. Not satisfied with that answer, I drove down the road to Darlings Honda. I was looking at the vehicles on the lot when Scott came out to see how he could help( Did I mention it was January) He brought me into his office to discuss my situation. He shared that He would make sure I left Darlings in a vehicle I could trust and afford. He did just that :-) I bought a 2012 Honda Civic. Scott also gave me Kelly Bluebook for my vehicle, He didn't need to do that but he did because that is the kind of Dealership Darlings is, They care about their customers. More

We've had both David Noto and Scott Larrabee as sales reps - both of these gentlemen are intelligent, friendly, know their cars completely, and very in tune with what we're looking for. As an older woman, I've dealt with car dealerships and car salesmen from every level numerous times over the years - NOBODY comes close to the excellent sales and service I receive at Darlings. I've never been "talked over" or had them address my husband instead of me by Scott or Dave. In fact, I've recommended Scott so many times to friends and family......I might have to keep a supply of his business cards in my purse.
