I heard an add for Darlings about the time I was ready to give up. Scott Larrabee contacted me after getting my application. He took the time to understand what I was looking for based on my budget. So I wound up leasing a 2014 Sentra back then which I still adore to this day. Scott even happily got into the backseat as I was worried my 6'2 son wouldn"t fit in the back. When my daughter got her license this year and we needed a second car I reached out to Scott again. He got her into a perfect car that was paranoid mama bear approved and within budget :) The finance guys (Jake and Josh) explained everything thoroughly and patiently answered a thousand questions. Recent College Grad; Fantastic Service! I went in to Darlings Honda a few weeks ago to test drive a HR-V and a CR-V as I have heard wonderful things about both vehicles. At that time, I was I went in to Darlings Honda a few weeks ago to test drive a HR-V and a CR-V as I have heard wonderful things about both vehicles. At that time, I was getting prepared to purchase a new vehicle, however had no intentions of buying one any time soon. Chris McCue was very knowledgeable about both models, and helped make the decision an easy, and educated one! When I test drove the car, he came with me to show all the features of the car, which I really liked! I test drove many cars that day at many different dealerships, however Chris actually put the time in to helping me with a decision, vs just handing me a set of keys to test drive. A few weeks later, something came up with my "then" vehicle, and circumstances had slight changed. Mine was an older vehicle, unreliable, and was going to cost more to fix it than the car was worth. I went back in to Chris to talk about payment options, and to see if I could even be approved. Chris changed all my paperwork to meet my new circumstances with no hesitation. He stayed well over his shift that night to get all the necessary information needed, and Mike Wilson as well! Early the next morning, Mike called me to let me know he got me financed, with a killer interest rate! As a recent college graduate with little on my credit history, this was phenomenal. Mike and Chris were both invested in making sure I understood the process, my options, and all the automotive jargon that I know nothing about! Mike went through all the warranty options with me very thoroughly, and was sure to ask if I understood or had any questions. I now drive a beautiful, new Honda CR-V, and I owe it to Chris and Mike! Rocking Service!!! Over the past few months I've been preparing to get a new vehicle. My older RSX was starting to get tired and it was time for something fresh. I started my search online where James assisted in providing information about a couple used Accords and over the phone where I spoke with Scott about lease options on the new Civics. Both Scott and James were very prompt and answered questions via text, email, phone, and chat. The Accord that I was interested in had been moved to another location and Scott quickly brought it back on Thursday to the Honda Dealership for me to test drive it on Friday. Friday 6/24/16, I met up with Scott and he had the Accord ready to go and while test driving the Accord he brought a Civic over of the color I wanted... Black or Silver of course. :) He made the entire process seamless and painless. It was a no pressure environment and because I had purchased vehicles and had vehicles serviced at Darlings both Scott and Lee took really good care of me. I'm now an exceptionally proud owner of a black 2016 Honda Civic. I'm soo incredibly happy and am already sending people to work with Scott and Lee to purchase their next vehicle to experience the rocking service that I experienced! Rock on Scott, Lee, and James!!!
