The sales people are great and everyone in the service department is attentive to what I have to say.. whether it's about the Altima being serviced or just small talk. I deal with Dave Closson most of the time and he is extremely knowledgeable and willing to do what needs to be done to help out. When waiting for your car, you can take the van to do some shopping, go into the "quiet" room to read or study, or go into the other waiting room and watch tv. WiFi is available in both rooms. Plus they have water, tea, coffee or hot cocoa available. Usually we just grab a bag of pop corn from their popcorn machine and walk the lot. Even then, if Dave needs to ask any questions, he's out on the lot to find us!!! More
