Brian made my trade in and new lease process so efficient, having most of the paperwork and the car I wanted ready for me after a phone call. I was in and out of the dealership in what felt like no time, not waiting around for paperwork to be processed or for the car to be prepared. I especially appreciated this since I was on vacation from work that week, so I didn't have to spend hours in the dealership going through this process. He then walked me through the updates in this vehicle that were different from my last car, and set my phone up through the Bluetooth system for me. I already recommended Brian to my mother, who also just got a new car from him! More

Very Disappointed Darlings is offering their anything in trade promotion right now. I was thinking of buying a 2014 Honda Insight and have an older truck for a trade. It runs great I drive it everyday 20+ miles to work. Other than the fact it is old and there is a little surface rust there is nothing wrong with it. They offered me nothing for it! The salesmen even told me to go ahead and sell it on Uncle Henry's and I could get $2,500 or more for it. My husband was mad said it was like a slap in the face. I asked if since they didn't want my trade maybe they could come down a little on the car since it was a 2014 and they have six on them on the lot. Nope it was already marked down $3,000 and that was as low as they could go. I was apparent they didn't want my business. Which is too bad because I am going to buy a new car soon and it will not be at ANY of the Darling's Dealerships. More
