Wow, he not only treated us like children but also tried to force every opinion he had on us. After he decided we knew nothing about cars he decided a lease was for us which we had both repeatedly expressed no interest in... He push and push and told us how we had no idea. We had had enough and got up and walked out. Sadly we may do business with the dealership they have always done good by us. As for Allen. NO THANKS! Do you want to buy a car or get a life lesson in how you are wrong. As Allen told us he's been been selling cars in that same seat for 15 years looking out the same window. Lesson learned. Good luck. More
Amazing I went into Darling with the intention to just look at cars. I left Darling with the greatest feeling I´ve ever had after purchasing something. I felt comfortable and listened to. My salesman Kyle Veinote was amazing, his level of professionalism was amazing and great. He truly made the sales experience worth it. I am so thankful for the service at Darling Honda and the great service I got from Kyle Veinote and the finance office. I will most likely return to Darling incase I need another car. I will also be sure to let others know about the great service Kyle Veinote gave me and the great deal Darling Honda gave me. More

After weeks of searching for and trying out vehicles with the help and patience Bryan and Geoff are always wonderful to work with at Darling's Honda. After weeks of searching for and trying out vehicles with the help and patience of Bryan ( a lot of patience) , we finally settled on a new vehicle and the process was nothing short of exceptional from paperwork to finance to driving away. Geoff is always professional and friendly no matter what we are asking! Bryan always goes that extra step to help out his customers, which we sincerely appreciate. Having previously bought from them before, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The service and commitment they show to their customers is unlike any other dealership we have ever shopped at. Our experience has always been wonderful and we highly recommend their business to anyone that we can. We plan to be customers of theirs for as long we we need new vehicles! I dealt with Scott Larrabee who initially found me the right car and informed me of all of the features and benefits of ownership. I next met with Josh Rickman who guided me through the financing and paperwork aspect. My experience there was the beginning of a long lasting friendship that I will visit each time I need a vehicle and will recommend their business to all of my friends and family who need to buy a vehicle. 5 Stars All Around! About a year and a half ago, I went car shopping and dealt with the craziest people--until I went to darlings. Darlings truly knows how to treat thei About a year and a half ago, I went car shopping and dealt with the craziest people--until I went to darlings. Darlings truly knows how to treat their customers like guests. I personally work in the hospitality industry and am always so surprised by how awesome every experience I have with them truly is. Jake Knight was the salesman who sold me my car and made the process actually fun (who knew?!). When I go in and get an oil change and a tire rotation, they always wash my car and have it ready within a half hour. Last time I went in for an oil change, I directly dealt with Dave and he was great. I recently locked myself out of my car and Logan, who works in the service department, helped save the day by creating a new key and waiting a few minutes after they closed at 5 so I could pick it up and unlock my car. He not only solved my problem, but a half hour later, he called to make sure the key worked and followed through! Darlings is always going above and beyond to make their customers happy and blows me away every time. If everyone treated their customers like Darlings, the world would be a happier place. More
A Surprise Gift from Service Dept I had an unexpected service which required the dashboard to be taken off the car. I had previously put several hundred dollars in cash in the glove co I had an unexpected service which required the dashboard to be taken off the car. I had previously put several hundred dollars in cash in the glove compartment and didn't think about it when dropping off the car. When the dashboard was removed, the cash fell out of glove compartment. In addition, there was Christmas money in separate envelopes for my kids. Steve let me know about this and they put the cash all together in an envelope and returned it to me. I am so grateful for the honesty from the team members and have told this story around town! While I was planning to keep my other car for a few more years and was definitely not happy with the driver who hit me, the Honda staff helped me get through the experience with as little angst as possible. Kyle had me try several cars to compare features and help with my decision about whether to get another Civic or a larger CRV. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and courteous, and Kyle went out of his way to pick me up when I had to return the rental car. Amy made the financial paperwork as painless as possible, and Bob, as always, was friendly and helpful. We will definitely continue to be a Honda family! More
