Sales process was smooth except the salesman had to air up the two front tires prior to my test drive which should have been a red flag. After only 1 week of owning my beautiful guttural N-line both tires were down by 2-4 pounds. Took it back to the dealership for air every week to air the up after that ..and scheduled an appointment to see what was happening when it’s inspection was due a few weeks ago. Both brand new Pirelli tires had bad valve stems which were ordered by the service department that day and replacements ordered. Two days later the replacements were made. The tech left some kind of white goop all over rhe sidewalls and rims and must not have recalibrated the sensors so the tire pressure on the monitor kept jumping from 35 lbs to 41 lbs on a regular basis. Now I have to go back a third time to get that fixed. Next time I am going to ask for the most experienced tech. More

She was patient with all of our questions, and trudge wanted to buy anything. We were greeted by an amazing, helpful, eager young woman named Marisa. She was patient with all of our questions, and trudged thru the snow in flats to bring us all the vehicles we wanted to see. Once we decided on a vehicle she introduced us to Lance and Nate who did everything they could to get us into the vehicle we wanted. We left with a 2025 Santa Fe and an amazing experience. If you need a car you should absolutely go see Marisa. More
I had visited other Hyundai dealers and was sure that I wanted to purchase an Ioniq 6 and wanted the SE Model. I looked on line and saw that you had a 2024 coming in so I contacted your Dealership and wa wanted to purchase an Ioniq 6 and wanted the SE Model. I looked on line and saw that you had a 2024 coming in so I contacted your Dealership and was lucky to have Paul Watson helping me. We chatted about the car and my needs and I asked Paul to send me a line item, detailed invoice which would reflect exactly what the car would cost. He had that information to me within a half hour. He stayed with me throughout the entire purchase process and it was very important to me that I have a one on one relationship with the sales person helping me. He was a patient and great teacher while helping me to set up all with my new car. I would always do business with your dealership and will recommend your location to others.
