I knew it sounded too good to be true but I had to give it a try. Fearful that my last opportunity to find this (discontinued model) vehicle would be out of my price range, I went in prepared to see it slip through my fingers. Dishonest service Department My Husband bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from Daryl Waltrip. Part of the package was free service package for a certain number of miles / lengt My Husband bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from Daryl Waltrip. Part of the package was free service package for a certain number of miles / length of time. We have been servicing the vehicle there, and have suspected, due to a continued problem with the wheels, that they say are NOT actually rotating the tires, but say that they are. Today, my husband brought the car in for oil change and tire rotation, and marked the front left tire, so that he could see if they were actually rotating the tires. (good detective work I must say! ) When he checked out his paperwork said that the tires had been rotated, but of course, they hadn't. Once he told them that he had marked the tires, and that he knew the tires had not been rotated, they quickly took the car, and actually did the service that they said they had done. This dealership service department is very shady and dishonest! More

The dealership and the approach by my salesman and the sales management made me want to purchase my first GMC vehicle. I've owned VW, Jeep and Ford and have never owned GMC before.
