Can't trust verbal estimates of work Last week we had a problem with our Acadia. It began to sputter and had no power on the interstate. After towing it down there and having their serv Last week we had a problem with our Acadia. It began to sputter and had no power on the interstate. After towing it down there and having their service department look at it Dave Keller called me and informed me of the work that needed to be done. The repair work that was needed and some regular maintenance that needed to be done. Overall the bill was just over $1,000 so I told him to go ahead with the work. My wife was getting ready to leave with the kids for spring break and I wanted the car in the best shape it could be in. After a little while I received another call from Dave telling me that the catalytic converters needed to be replaced and this had only shown up after the car had warmed up. After going through several different amounts I finally just asked him to tell me the new total. He told me it would me around $1,900 and whatever the state would do to him which I took to mean sales tax. So I was prepared for around $2,100. I told him once again to proceed with the work. That afternoon I received a text telling me that the work was done and we could pick up the Acadia. Shortly after that Dave called me to tell me that it was done. Not two minutes after that he called me back to tell me that he had made a mistake on the total he had told me and that it was now over $2,300. He tried to reassure me that he would do everything he could to get the price down. I was pretty unhappy with him at this point considering that the work was already done. That night my wife and I drove down to pick up the Acadia. It was after 7pm so only one rep was there at the service dept. To my complete shock the amount had not gone down like Dave had said he would try to do, it actually had grown to $2,456.70! Of course no one there could answer any questions that I had about why it went up. I as told that Dave would be notified of how upset I was but I haven't heard anything from them since. For months we have been having our Acadia serviced there because my wife was very happy with them from the start. This has completely ruined our trust in their service representatives. We may or may not be going back to them. More

We met Jake from state farm who by chance had the same name as my hubby .. Lol .. Jake worked his tail off for us and got me financed and with no money down at that ?? it took a little while but it was well worth the wait . I am very pleased with this dealership and we will be back ..... Anyone that doesn't think you can get financed this just goes to shows don't give up hope I literally just got my discharge letter lastweek and got financed today with no money down. Just come see Jake he's highly recomended More

I always dread the paperwork part of a transaction like this, and she made it as painless as possible. So far, so good with my 2015 Sierra. When I'm looking for another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be giving these folks a visit. More

I'm a believer When they say, "Bankruptcy? No problem!", believe it! I was discouraged about my bankruptcy & being unable to finance a car, but Jakes put me at ease. When they say, "Bankruptcy?
