Very friendly, courteous environment. Very large inventory of vehicles. We test drove many models on Saturday with no pressure to buy. Jacob "Jake from state farm" lol, was very helpful, knowledgable, patient and friendly. We went home Saturday night to think about what we really wanted. We took up about 2.5 hrs of Jake's time. We made an appointment for 1:30 today and he was waiting on us again with no pressure to buy. We drove the Buick Lacrosse and Buick Regal to make sure wish one Linda really wanted. We ended up Buying the Regal right off the show room floor :) Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the receptionist, staff and management. Thanks a million. Lee and Linda Swegles. More

I had spent several months deciding on the type of vehicle and narrowed it down to one that was listed on the dealership website. Fortunately, the car sold before my test drive. Fortunately for us because my sales rep got me in a vehicle that fit me perfectly and saved us money. This dealership is definitely concerned with building lasting relationships with its customers, a relationship that goes beyond the sell and extends on to future needs in service. Adam Vaughter and Benjamin Dobbs were truly amazing in their help of me choosing my GMC Canyon. Love my new truck! These guys made my buying experience very pleasant! Also their knowledge of my truck as well as the other vehicles on the lot was very helpful. I had some extras added on to my truck and their service department is not only the cleanest service department I've ever seen, it was also very efficient. Aside from a very friendly and knowledgeable staff...did I mention their wonderful coffee machine?:-) It ROCKS! and so does Darrell Waltrip's Buick/GMC dealership! Highly recommended!!! More
