Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC

Dealer/GM treated me like no one should ever be treated as a customer. I ordered a new Sierra Denali back in Dec. the truck came in this past month (April). I had a deal on a similar vehicle at another de as a customer. I ordered a new Sierra Denali back in Dec. the truck came in this past month (April). I had a deal on a similar vehicle at another dealer for a great price but Waltrip told me to stick with them and they’d take care of me. Truck comes in, I test drive it and like it but the dealer made the payments was above what I was promised. GM of the dealership called me the day before I was gonna try to close the deal and told me he wanted to be there when I came in to do the deal so that he could get it done for me. Needless to say, the GM didn’t show his face when I went in and the dealership was charging me an outrageous APR…far above what GMF charges. I wrote a review on Waltrip review board….Got a call from the GM the next day and he belittled me for giving him a bad review for it showing his face as promised. At the end of the call he gave me a half assed S-O-R-R-Y. Never offered to do the right thing and hold up to what they said they’d do. They sold the Truck I had built and waited 4 months for. Be weary of what they are charging you for. A lot of smoke n mirrors and even more games going in the sales dept at this dealer. More
