My overall experience at the dealership was pleasant and the sales and financing departments easy to work with. I will strongly consider going back to Waltrip Buick GMC in the future. The only issue with the entire experience is that the truck I purchased only had one ignition key. I got two key fobs but only one key. Liam, my salesman told me that he would get me a second key but as of now I haven't heard back from him. Hopefully he still plans to get me the spare key but it's been five days since my purchase and I've had no indication that anything is being done to resolve this small matter.
