Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC

My search for my new car didn't go much further than GMC Darrell Waltrip once Roman contacted me. I submitted my inquiry on-line, Roman was quick to follow up which I appreciated. He even offered to brin Darrell Waltrip once Roman contacted me. I submitted my inquiry on-line, Roman was quick to follow up which I appreciated. He even offered to bring the car I was looking to buy to my job which was local to the dealership. I personally had not experienced this service while purchasing a vehicle in the past. I'm not sure if this is part of new standards due to COVID-19, but I believe this should be a new standard for your sales folks. This provided me a comfort of being more in my element vs being sold to at the dealer. Roman offered for my wife and I to take the vehicle for an afternoon on a Saturday while we drove around looking at other vehicles. Again, this was a key to the purchase of this car. We got to spend more time in the vehicle than any other car. My wife and I got to chat about like normal as if the car was already ours. If it weren't for some of these conveniences that Roman provided to my family, we may have gone to another dealer as we weren't specifically looking to buy as quickly as we did. We appreciate Roman and would recommend his services when seeking your next car. More
