Not trustworthy Had a slow air leak in rear right when I book a oil change and tyre rotation. They couldn't find leak while they said they rotated my tyres. A day lat Had a slow air leak in rear right when I book a oil change and tyre rotation. They couldn't find leak while they said they rotated my tyres. A day later tyre pressure light comes on and I was expecting it to be my front right as my tyres were supposed to be rotated but nope was in the same rear right tyre as before I went to garage. I rang up spoke to manager Steve told me they rotated my tyres but could not explain the leak. He ask for a 2nd chance at rotating and fixing my air leak. Young girl on desk was very nice and polite. When I brought my car back I taught steve would like to come and explain why my tyres weren't rotated and leak wasnt fix but nope he never showed his face at all not so much as a sorry or coupon to try get me to trust them again nothing. So cost me $80 for a oil change and no tyre rotation as they still in same position as b4 as I mark my tryes to see if they did rotate and nope.. so untrustworthy will never be back as service from manager isnt good at all. More

Oil change My the gentleman who helped me when i got there was great and always had a smile. Johana who made the appointment for me forgot i asked for my tires t My the gentleman who helped me when i got there was great and always had a smile. Johana who made the appointment for me forgot i asked for my tires to be rotated but the gentleman again helped with fixing that. The cashier was aweful! She was snippy and snatched the papers out of my hands and she ignored myself and my daughter when we tried to speak to her. I told the gentleman on my was out that she had bad customer service skills. More

Problem not solved I took the car in for a problem. They could not figure out what it was. I took it back a second time and had to show them where the possible issue wa I took the car in for a problem. They could not figure out what it was. I took it back a second time and had to show them where the possible issue was. They still could figure it out. When talking in reception area with the front desk the Service manager was in his office, at his desk having a conversation with me from his office instead of coming out to talk to me. Also, there were finger smudges and stains all over the interior of the car where they worked. More

A relaxing oil change As soon as I walked into the dealership I was nicely greeted. A.K. informed me that you didn't do inspections, but will be some time in the future. E As soon as I walked into the dealership I was nicely greeted. A.K. informed me that you didn't do inspections, but will be some time in the future. Efficiently set up my oil change. Asked about doing the 30,000 mile check up, but I declined. A.K. went over all the paper work for the oil change. He was very pleasant. My experience couldn't have been any nicer. The TV and water didn't hurt either. More
