It was a pleasure dealing with Kevin and the Team at Dave Arbogast Ford. I found the perfect used Ford truck online and contacted them to inquire about the vehicle. Their response was lightening quick and af Arbogast Ford. I found the perfect used Ford truck online and contacted them to inquire about the vehicle. Their response was lightening quick and after an easy, no stress negotiation we settled on a price that I was willing to pay and a trade-in amount that exceeded other dealerships offers. I traveled from Virginia to Ohio to pick-up the vehicle and found it clean and ready to go. I just had to finlize the paperwork and 45 minutes later I was out the door. I love their preparedness and attention to detail. I walked away feeling like I received a great deal and the transaction was a win-win for everyone.
