My salesman, Irvin Wallace was about the only positive experience I had with this dealership. I also feel that the men who worked on my car in the service department did a good job - they found an issue w experience I had with this dealership. Unfortunately, Mandy in the Service Department was extremely unprofessional and told me I was more than welcome to have my car serviced at another dealership, that I was no longer welcome at Dave Arbogast. She was so kind, and gave me some helpful tips for it being my first time purchasing from a dealership. I cannot say enough great things about her and the rest of the team there!! Also, she’s extremely funny!! It definitely made me feel more at ease knowing that she and everyone else there is laid back and very personable. They all have a great attitude and are happy to help answer any questions you have.
