Initially satisfying in the end angered My initial experience was fabulous. I was able to purchase the car over the phone and have it delivered to my home five hours away. After reviewing th My initial experience was fabulous. I was able to purchase the car over the phone and have it delivered to my home five hours away. After reviewing the car the next day. After contacting the dealership they stated they would not replace the windshield or fix it. I took it to Safelite repair locally. And they advised me that that was their from a manufactures defect or from putting the windshield wipers on it was not caused from a dating a rock because there was nothing that they can do to fix it. After spending over $25,000 cash and only having the car for one day and finding the fracture I feel they shouldn’t have replaced the windshield. Prior to the experience with the windshield I would have recommended to use them again but at this point I would not recommend using to anyone and I will no longer use them in the future. More
