Poor Delivery Experience with 2018 Tucson I purchased a new 2018 Hyundai Tucson on 2/20/18 and was very disappointed with the delivery experience. The vehicle was delivered with 1/2 tank of g I purchased a new 2018 Hyundai Tucson on 2/20/18 and was very disappointed with the delivery experience. The vehicle was delivered with 1/2 tank of gas, no 2nd key FOB, tires inflated to 48 psi versus recommend 35 psi (tire max on sidewall was 44 psi), empty windshield wiper fluid and dirty engine compartment. Is summary, car was never prepped. I summarized by thoughts in a letter which was never acknowledged. I have made 4 phone calls to locate a 2nd key FOB and hopefully 23 days later will finally get resolved. My major issue with the dealership is the total lack of responsiveness to this customer's concern. This was an unfortunate experience as I was a repeat Hyundai customer and could have purchased the vehicle out of town. My advice to future buyers, thoroughly inspect your vehicle prior to leaving the lot as I was sent down the road with an unprepped vehicle. More

My only complaint is that I thought I was purchasing the vehicle at one price point, while putting $4,500 d I thought the overall experience was good. My only complaint is that I thought I was purchasing the vehicle at one price point, while putting $4,500 down, the amount financed still somehow came out to be almost identical to the sticker price because of unforseen charges. I guess when it came down to signing papers, by then I was too excited to be done with it and get on the road, I may have overlooked some important details. In the long run, I think I overpaid a little. Lesson learned. More
