I paid CASH for my car, and somehow these clowns still managed to screw it up — they listed themselves as a lien holder on a vehicle I paid for outright and held my title hostage for over FOUR YEARS. Four years! They never registered the car in my name like they were legally required to. I only found out because I went to sell the car. When I called the manager to figure out what happened, he acted like it wasn't his problem — literally told me "I wasn't the one who did it, so I can't tell you what happened." Real accountability there. He said to come in and he'd sort it out. So I drove forty-five minutes with all the lien release paperwork in hand, ready to fix THEIR mistake, and when I got there he told me he didn't like my "tone" from our phone call earlier and refused to help me at all. Are you kidding me? I'm the one who got screwed over and I'm the one getting punished for being upset about it? This isn't just incompetence — this is a pattern. This dealership has had to reregister their business under new names half a dozen times because their practices are so shady. They don't follow basic DMV procedures, they don't take responsibility when they mess up, and they clearly don't care about their customers once the sale is done. Do not waste your time or money here. This place is a disaster. More
