Rick was great! He listened to my needs and helped me get the car we wanted for a great price. When our vehicle was delayed in arriving, he and Jamie (sales manager) helped us out by putting us in anoth get the car we wanted for a great price. We were moving to MO set to have our car shipped when we realized that we would have to leave our car and buy a new one. Moving is quite stressful and I was immediately concerned that this would be another realized that we would have to leave our car and buy a new one. I told him what I wanted and the color and he was off and running trying to find it for me. Apparently red Fits are somewhat hard to come by, but Clayton found one for me. A couple weeks later we decided to add a couple add-ons and again Clayton was very quick and responsive. I had questions about a couple other things and I always found him to be very helpful, personable, professional, and knowledgeable about my future car and how best to help me. When we finally showed up in MO at the dealership to pick the car up everyone was very helpful and they even let us bring our dog inside with us. I found everyone we dealt with to be very helpful. Ivo was great to work with and is still working with us on the extended car packages, even though we initially said no.
