We communicated with Randy via the internet on one model prior to coming to the dealership for a test-drive and totally went in a different direction requiring additional time and patience. Ivo Saric (Business Manager) was more than complete in making sure we understood all our options. Bob Olander could not have been more courteous and patient in reviewing and explaining all the features on the new unit. Both my bride and I are so-called senior citizens and don't always understand today's technology. We like it, and appreciate when time is taken to help us fully understand and help with programing. Favorite radio stations were set, cell-phone and bluetooth coordinated, garage door opener calibrated, and key features set before leaving the dealership lot. We would have spent hours trying to read the manual and doing on our own. Thanks Bob, for sharing your knowledge and spending so much time in making sure we were all set-up before driving away. More

I wanted to surprise my wife with a Honda Civic for Christmas so, I contacted St. Louis Honda (& other dealerships) through the internet. Mr. Graves responded and quoted a very competitive price for the original Civic that I specified. After a series of e-mails in which I 'tweaked' my requirements, we agreed upon a specific in-stock vehicle. Mr. Graves & St. Louis Honda worked with me to finalize the surprise for my wife on Christmas weekend. (Mr. Graves even loaned me a big red ribbon to attach to the top of the vehicle - just like the ads on TV!) With the help of some dear friends, my wife (& sons & daughter-in-law) was completely surprised when she opened the door to the garage & found a 'wrapped' Civic waiting for her. I have purchased many cars in my life, but Michael Banaskavich at Mungenast was the best. No pressure. Great price. Even the loan/finance guy was a breeze to work with. I had a 50,000 mile maintanence done (the check engine light pops on for this), for my 2005 CRV. This includes an oil change and tire rotation. The Mungenast service team failed to rotate my tires. I marked my tires with chalk and wrote down distinguishing marks of each of my tires and where they were positioned. If they fail to do something as simple as rotate tires I would be very leary of other work. I don't even trust that they changed my oil. More
