From the minute I met salesman Kenny Rauth to the time I drove off in the new ride, the experience was outstanding. Kenny was extremely helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn't rush anything and really made the buying decision an easy one for me. Kenny was a consumate professional and portrayed a very positive image for the dealership. Business manager John Cook also deserves kudos. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Both of these employees are a credit to the dealership. So far, I am one happy camper. When vehicle purchase time rolls around again,I will definitely put St. Louis Honda on my radar screen. Thanks, Guys. More

I had always had my Odyssey serviced at STL Honda and loved every experience I had there. I knew I would buy my next honda (a Pilot) from them. When it came time, I did go to St. Louis Honda...and loved every experience I had there. I knew I would buy my next honda (a Pilot) from them. The showroom is top notch and they really take strides to make the experience a positive, professional and "upright" transaction. Most car deals I have ever been through prior made you feel like the dealer was "shady" or give you that bad gut feeling...NOT AT DAVE MUNGENAST ST. LOUIS HONDA...it was amazing. They really made if an AWESOME experience which is hard to find. Service is EXCELLENT also. I found the Finance Side of the Transaction PAINLESS. Ivor was the best Finance person I ever dealt with during an auto transaction. I respect all of the employees at Dave Mungenast. On all counts, there was no sneaky business or tactics used by any of them. I think most importantly...I will refer Dave Mungenast to others. More

Before going to the dealer on Saturday, I looked for the card that I received during my last purchase. I remembered how frienly and professional this individual was, and I wanted the same experience. Unfortunately I was unable to find the card. Imagine my surprise when after moments on the new car lot, Mike came out to greet me. I have given this rating because I felt the cusotmer service, quality of work,and friendliness were all great. The only area that could maybe ahve been better is pricing. I was very nervous about leasing a car and was afraid that the whole experince would be stressful. It was the exact opposite. Rob was very friendly and did not pressure me at all.
