He listened to what our needs were and helped us review the options. It turns out the best deal was to lease, so he got us a great deal on a new CR-V, with even more options than we thought we could afford at a price that worked for us. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. We never felt any pressure towards one option over the other, or even any pressure to make a decision that day at all. He just clearly helped us see what our options were. MOST IMPORTANTLY: The price was always transparent. I was surprised that there were no additional fees that were tacked on at the end of the negotiations. The price on the contract was exactly what he said it would be, to the dollar. We are from Chicago and were in town for the weekend, but we wanted to buy here because we knew the experience would be excellent. It was well worth it, and it made the drive back much nicer in a new car! More

We were very comfortable with him and his knowledge of the mini vans. He helped us narrow down our search and was able to help us get exactly what we wanted plus more in the price range we wanted. Randy Graves was my sales rep and he did a great job in helping me get the exact car that I wanted. We played phone tag throughout the week and finally got together on a Friday. Randy took me in for a test drive in a different Fit just to show me how it performs. The car I really wanted was out at the moment being test driven by a different sales rep and customer. When Randy and I got back I noticed my first choice was parked close by and no one was looking at it. Randy said "Isn't that your first choice?" I said yes. He went in quickly and then told me that it's mine if I want it. Deal was done. The price I got was fair and the financing was the clincher. Everyone from Randy to the finance manager to the young guy who prepped the car for me to take off in, we're very friendly and upbeat about my selection. Since 1990, I have been a loyal customer of Lexus of St. Louis, sister company of St. Louis Honda. Have always been treated well. My son needed a car, so I called St. Louis Honda Friday evening and was referred to Dave Gierse. I told him I am buying a black Honda Civic the following day. Saturday, I went to the dealership. Mr Gierse was busy with other customers. Mr Sam Martin waited on me. He was very helpful and very pleasant and understood that I was prepared. I was clear that I will not allow myself to go through the usual "back and forth". The manager still tried initially to do the usual routine but when Sam relayed to the manager that I will walk if I would be subjected to the usual "song and dance". My one and only offer was accepted (wayyyy below invoice including dealer installed extras for free). After politely rejecting the business manager's sales pitch for extended warranty and other extras, I paid the car in cash and I was out of the dealership with a new car in less than 2 hours from the time I walked in (could have been quicker but the car had to be prepped). I would recommend customers to look for Sam Martin, come prepared and know what you want. St. Louis Honda recognizes and will treat well an educated consumer. Thanks Sam More

I chose St. Louis Honda based on price. I live approx. 200 miles away from St. Louis and was looking for a specific color CRV with a specific color leather. St. Louis Honda had the only one in a 5 state area. I called them and talked with Paul Hartge. Paul stated that he would check inventory and call me back with their price. Paul promptly called back with an offer. I counter offered, Paul ran it by his finance guy (I assume Jim Robishaw as this is who I dealt with for the final transaction). St. Louis Honda accepted my offer. I arrived the next day with a cashiers check for the CRV (which had been cleaned up nicely). I spent approx. 45 minutes filling out paperwork and going over the basics of the CRV with Paul. Since I wasn't from St. Louis they skipped the normal car dealer sales pitches for the "extras" (which I greatly appreciated since my time was short). So "why" do I rate St. Louis Honda so highly. I was kind of an unusual buyer (I think) and they adjusted their normal work routine to work with my needs. I had cash (so no financing) and was from out of town (so I wasn't coming back for little things or service as we have a Honda dealer in my hometown but they don't haggle on price much). I just wanted a no frills, easy car purchase at the best price and that is exactly what I got. More
