Gave me a good price on my trade-in. All this and not a bit of pressure to hurry and make a deal.When we picked up our SUV, he took the time to help us set up some of the features that we were going to use and explained others.Told us if we had any question that we could call him anytime, and he would help us in any way.Other people at the dealership were friendly too, offering us water or coffee.asking if they could help us. This is my third Honda purchased from St. Louis Honda AND my second Honda purchased from Rick Murphy. (My first Honda purchased there was in 1981 and Rick wasn't working there yet!) This was the easiest bu my second Honda purchased from Rick Murphy. (My first Honda purchased there was in 1981 and Rick wasn't working there yet!) This was the easiest buying experience that we could have hoped for. My husband and I did our homework and thought that we could only afford a Honda Civic when we went in to St. Louis Honda. We were purchasing the car as a high school graduation present for our son. After driving the Civic, we decided that we really wanted something a little larger. Rick showed us the Accord and recommended that we drive one. We didn't think it was in our price range, but he assured us that it was. We were very impressed after driving it. Rick got us a quick price and never pressured us to make a deal! We were very impressed with the price! We were looking at another make of car and needed to decide between the two--both with very similar features and prices. In the end, we felt that we were getting more for our money with the Honda Accord and safety was a big factor! Rick worked with us so that we could pick up the car when we needed it and then give our son the surprise of his life! Our son went back into St. Louis Honda later that evening and Rick came out and went over everything with him about the car--even though he had already done this with us earlier when we picked it up. That made us feel better and clarified a few things for our son. We bought the Accord because we are planning on this car taking our son through college and into his first real job and further! There is a Honda dealership in his college town and we feel so much better knowing that he has a SAFE and reliable car to driving back and forth to school! We have had nothing but good experiences with St. Louis Honda--from sales to service! I still take my 2005 Odyssey there for service, even though we have surpassed our extended warranty of 100,000! They have all my records and will not try to tell me to do something that I really don't need to have done yet. They are great about getting me in when something is wrong and they offer a great FREE trip check-up. We always make sure to do that before driving somewhere on vacation! We have two other children, 14 and 12 and we think we might have started a new tradition by giving our son a new Honda as a graduation gift! We might have to give in and buy one sooner than that when both of these girls are driving! We feel good knowing that our kids will be driving a safe, reliable vehicle. We also feel like we know we'll get a great deal and great service when we go to St. Louis Honda. We'll be back! More

Dave stayed two hours after the Honda dealership closed to help us finalize the sale, which my father and I greatly appreciated. Dave was also very willing to ask his manager questions on our behalf and to go to the printer frequently in order to pick up updated price estimates. What I did not like was that Dave was slighly cold about negotiating on the price. However, after discussing the price at length, my father and I ultimately felt satisfied at the price that Dave and my father and I were able to agree upon. I am extremely happy with my car. More
I found the salesman Dave Gierse to be extremely knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. He also took a great deal of time to go over the features of the car and its operations. The reason I gave price a rating of 3 is that this car dealership was pretty much the norm when it came to finalizing a price. Too much back and forth and price haggling for my taste. I didn't feel that I got a great deal on the car and if only because my wife wanted the model, did I accept the deal. More

They added these items to the contract for free. and the products were in and without an appointment installed in my car. They also threw in at no charge free lifetime carwashes More
