i have dealt with st louis honda for the past 13 years and have been very pleased. so when it was time for me to buy a new car this dealership was the obvious choice. i absolutely love the service dept. and have been very pleased. so when it was time for me to buy a new car this dealership was the obvious choice. i absolutely love the service dept.. as a single woman it is important for me to feel comfortable with the service people. i have never been talked down to nor sold anything i didn't want. they are also great about the free car wash, always very accomodating. my sales person, shan herwig was "SHANTASTIC". so helpful and friendly, i would recommend her in a minute. she is a great asset to the dealership. also hats off to tim jordan. i can't remember what his exact title is but i bought my 1st honda from him. he is very knowledgeable and was also helpful when i ordered this new car. Eottom line is I am very happy with my new car and St. Louis Honda. Kudos to the team at St. Louis Honda! More

I had an excellent car-buying experience at Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda. Bob was fun and funny, but he was also genuine. He cracked a few jokes that really helped lighten the mood for me (it was my first car-buying experience and I was a bit nervous). However, he was also real. When you asked a question, he gave you an honest answer. He showed you his true personality. The visoin of the slick and sly used car salesman was the farthest thing from my mind. Also, Bob was quite knowledgeable about what he was selling. He ran me through the inner-workings of the front controls of the car in great detail (which was good--I'm a detail person). Because my experience was such a positive one and because of my positive interactions with Bob, I look at St. Louis Honda in a positive way. I'm sure Bob understands that when he's with customers he is, in essence, the company. If they don't like him, they won't look fondly on the dealership. Based on my experience, though, that would never happen. Lastly, I'd like to say that while the vehicle I bought was priced higher than some others in its class from other manufacturers, I've never once regretted paying what I did for it. It has performed very well and has the Honda name to back it up, which means a lot to me. More
I test drove a Honda Civic at a used car lot and liked it. At the time, I wasn't going to buy new. I thought used was the way to go. After the test drive at a Mazda dealer I thought I would check out a honda dealership. To be honest, my first visit was not great, I was annoyed by the salesman and he wasn't listening to me. Then I talked to a friend and she referred me to Dave Gierse. If it wasn't for him I would not be driving my brand new Honda Civc. He was GREAT! Dave and Ivo in the financing department made my car shopping experience great! My credit is not in mint condition, so Ivo worked hard to help me out! Both Dave and Ivo were easy to talk to, listened to me, and they seemed like they really enjoyed what they were doing. I would recommend Dave and St. Louis Honda any day!! If it wasn't for Dave, I would probably be driving a mazda! More
My family's experience with Dave Mungenast Honda has been simply phenomenal. We began shopping for a van just a short time before we were expecting birth to triplets, and my wife was unable to travel very we simply phenomenal. We began shopping for a van just a short time before we were expecting birth to triplets, and my wife was unable to travel very well most days ... so, our sales rep offered to drive different-colored Odyssey vans to our home over the course of a week or so. This kind of customer service sold us immediately. We essentially stopped shopping elsewhere because of the service we received during the sales process --- and we were never once pressured. We really weren't sold, but we were knowledgeably informed and educated. Our experience over the past two years since the investment has been wonderful. We will certainly buy from Dave Mungenast Honda again in the future. More

I went to the South County car show. Danny Williams was the first person that greeted me and he showed me several cars with my requirements. When I saw the fourth car,a Chevy Impala, I asked to test drive the first person that greeted me and he showed me several cars with my requirements. When I saw the fourth car,a Chevy Impala, I asked to test drive the car. Danny went with me and we did the road test. While I was driving the car, I knew that was the one I wanted. I did not want to look further. We went back to the tent area and started the sales process. All the while Mr Williams was taking my information, we chatted and got to know one another. He fully explained all the processes we went through and was very patient with my questions. When I left that night I was happy and excited. I picked up the car the next day and again Danny showed me all the details and advantages of my new car. I was impressed that he was so well informed. My car shopping was a very pleasant experience, easy and quick. Iam very satified with my slightly used car. It does look brand new!
