I would like to personally thank Shan Herwig and St. Louis Honda for the kindness and thoughtfulness that was extended to my family when our car recently broke down. Even though it was after hours on a Saturday evening, Shan, with the support of her manager, drove us across town in order for us to rent a car and pick up our daughter at the airport. We were traveling from Arkansas so Shan's helpfulness was not done in hopes of us returning and buying a car. It was an act of genuine intergity. Randy did a great job of respecting the process we wanted to go through to purchase our new Honda Pilot. We went in thinking that we were going to go to another dealer and ended up not needing to because Ra to go through to purchase our new Honda Pilot. John Cook also made us feel comfortable with the financing, however I was a little dissappointed to learn that we could have gotten a better interest rate had we found financing on our own. Bank of America was offering 5.3% for 72 months and we were financed through Harris Bank at 5.9% for 72 months. More

I was able to go to Bommorito Honda and save almost $2,000 on a Honda Pilot and they gave us more on trade for our old Honda Pilot. I felt like the people we dealt with weren't that concerned about se $2,000 on a Honda Pilot and they gave us more on trade for our old Honda Pilot. I felt like the people we dealt with weren't that concerned about selling a car. It was very dissappointing because we had purchased our previous Pilot from Mungenast Honda because it is close to our home and the service was good. We are currently wanting to buy an Accord and I am nor for sure if we are going to try to purchase it from Dave Mungenast or not but hopefully the pricing and overall customer service will be better. By the way it would be great if quotes were answered a little faster and sales people called back when they said there were going to. More

The dealer I spoke with this afternoon while test driving a 2009 Honda CR-V told me that since it was the last day of the month, I was wasting his time so he would not be able to discuss estimated monthly co a 2009 Honda CR-V told me that since it was the last day of the month, I was wasting his time so he would not be able to discuss estimated monthly costs on the vehicle. I have never been treated this way by a car sales person. This was a huge disappointment, as I was seriously considering purchasing the CR-V. I had done quite a bit of due dilligence in pricing and driving other manufacturer's vehicles but, when I drove it, none could match the driving experience, as well as the price. In fact, my mother-in-law, my wife and I all drive Hondas purchased from St. Louis Honda. Their services department has always went out of their way to make our service experience as pain-free as possible by giving us accurate estimates on both the time it would take and the total cost. For all of these reasons, there is an excellent chance that when we replace my wife's Honda van, our new vehicke will come from St. Louis Honda. Best Regards, Perry Malone More
