I actually had one sales person practically leap over a car to help the COUPLE that came in behind me. Just about when I was going to give up and drag my brother with me, I decided to try one more dealer on my way home. What a pleasant experience with St. Louis Honda, right from the moment I walked in the door. Patty Bianco greeted me with an enthusiastic, friendly attitude as soon as I walked in. She was actually interested in my needs and very informative about the process. I test drove a Honda Pilot. Patty gave me a tour of the facility as we talked about service after the sale. Patty made me feel like a valued customer. Something I have not experienced at any other dealer. I am not quite to the point to purchase that Pilot. However, when I do think about purchasing a card, St. Louis Honda and Patty Bianco are the only ones that come to mind. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Thank you for a pleasant experience. More
Through negotiation, our price went down $150 a month for a 3 year lease. If we would have taken the first pass, we would have seriously been overpaying! I still think we could have gotten more off. Patty was very helpful. My wife and I wanted an Accord, but were unsure which car and features to buy. Patty showed us several cars. SHe went through the various models and features with my wife, who is ve but were unsure which car and features to buy. Patty showed us several cars. Patty was very patient, even when my wife wanted to see yet another color of Honda. We went through about half of the lot deciding on just the right color and features. We settled on a white EX-L. We wanted some dealer-installed features, so we were unable to pick up the car right away. Patty and all of the staff were able to get us in the car at the right price. Very little trouble negotiating what for us was the lowest price of any Honda dealer in the area. (yes we did shop around before coming to St. Louis Honda). Thank you Patty. More
We stopped in to test drive an Accord. Patty Bianco was very accomodating and helped find one that had the right color and options. After the test drive, we also looked at a CRV. We didn't make our decision to buy that night, because it was the first dealer we shopped, we wanted to test drive and compare other similar vehicles to the Accord, the kids were with us, and it was Friday the 13th. So, if you're reading this, do your homework on the cars you're interested in, don't bring the kids, and check out the other brands first. Then go see Patty. More

I found Ivo to be very helpful and straightforward. I was not looking forward to the purchase of a new car due to the negative sales experiences I have had in the past. We went to St. Louis Honda specifically to test drive the Accord. We had been to the Toyota dealer and test drove the Camry and liked it. Patty is an awesome sales person. She is very professional and knew the answers to my questions. Any question she couldn't rattle off the answer quickly, she would find out the info for me.
