Patty was very patient, even when my wife wanted to see yet another color of Honda. We went through about half of the lot deciding on just the right color and features. We settled on a white EX-L. We wanted some dealer-installed features, so we were unable to pick up the car right away. Patty and all of the staff were able to get us in the car at the right price. We went to St. Louis Honda specifically to test drive the Accord. We had been to the Toyota dealer and test drove the Camry and liked it. I found Ivo to be very helpful and straightforward. I was not looking forward to the purchase of a new car due to the negative sales experiences I have had in the past. Rick is an outstanding professional salesman. He found our daughter the perfect first car, a "Honda Civic". We were so impressed with Rick and St Louis Honda, we returned again this Summer to purchase a our daughter the perfect first car, a "Honda Civic". No easy feat with gas prices "sky rocketing" and few Civics on any lot in the Metro area. I had an extremely pleasant visit. Shan and Ivo are especially customer oriented and were easy to deal with.
