Professional & Courteous Came to Dave Sinclair Ford mainly because I wanted to trade in a 2017 Super Duty and drop down to a F150. From the moment I walked in I was met by friendly ole Joel, I asked for the salesman I had already been in discussions with but Patrick Willett was with some other folks making a different deal, so Joel took over and took me directly to the truck I came to see. At first the color wasn't good to us, Joel said no problem we have many more colors to choose from, after looking at about 5 or 6 different truck we came back by the truck I mainly went to see, after looking at it from a distance the color popped out at us and I said "Hey I think I like that color now". Joel quickly worked with us and we were able to make a good deal for both myself & Dave Sinclair. I felt good about the deal. About half way through the deal Joel introduced me to Patrick Willett, Patrick and Joel worked together to make the deal happen. I appreciate both of them for working towards the same goal which was to get me a new truck. My hat goes off to both of these fine gentlemen, they made our experience at Dave Sinclair fun and enjoyable. Sam took care of all the paperwork and wasn't pushy about anything, he explained my options for extended warranties very clear. I Knew exactly the vehicle’s that I would like to look at we were driven to over to look at and test drI’ve those cars and after we returned we were given our privacy to make our decision but never felt pushed or rushed and for that my husband and I greatly appreciate that. I liked how they seem to work as a team. We haven’t purchased a new vehicle since 1996 so we were a bit nervous to start. Gary Mull and Mike Miller were a great team and walked us graciously through it all and no pressure what so ever! We are now the proud owners of a 2020 Ford Explorer an absolutely love it!! Rediculously Overpriced Went in to get the heated seat repaired on drivers seat. Explorer has been driven for less than 4 years. Price quoted was over $900. I checked around at other places and can get it replaced for under $300. More
