Not satisfied with service department or advisor I had an appointment to repair the sync system on my 2017 Fusion. I brought it in the evening before the appointment. My car was not even worked on the day of the appointment despite my calling in twice to get the status of the repair. So why make an appointment if the car isn’t even going to be checked out? The car was able to be picked up the following afternoon. However, I now have since discovered that the original problem still exists. The sync system was updated but that has not resolved the original problem. More
