Helpful and timely I had a 48-month service due on an F150, and I had also requested that a new battery be installed. The old one hadn't failed yet, but with winter approaching, I didn't want to take any chances with my original one being 4 - 5 years old. My original appt was made with Mike, who was unable to be there at the time of my visit, but Matt Hackney helped me and followed through with all of my original concerns. he communicated with me regularly and asked questions in a timely manner, ultimately getting me out of there sooner than expected. Both Matt and Mike were very helpful and responsive to my concerns and questions. More

Garnet needed the doctor We had a series of problems. First we had a message tire pressure low. We also had a message saying MY KEY. We opted for 4 new tires, since the car was over 2 yrs, and a long trip was in the future. The staff kept us informed and did a full check up. They knew why the other message came up on screen. Re- programed keys, and all was well. They were very helpful and informative at all times. We had to drive over 30 miles to the service center, but would not take her anywhere but to them. More
