First maintenance service I went in for my first maintenance service for my new 2019 Ford Edge ST. I had to wait a few minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. Finall I went in for my first maintenance service for my new 2019 Ford Edge ST. I had to wait a few minutes before someone acknowledged I was there. Finally I was greeted by Cheryl. Waited a few more minutes then was asked if I could be helped. The gentleman that assisted me was friendly and helpful. I initially was offered a ride to an appointment I had across the street but when my car was not ready in time for my appointment that was not offered again. I wound up walking across the street to the appointment. The only thing I was really disappointed in was when my car was delivered to me the driver's side was full of dirt/sand on the mat, gas and brake pedals and on the inside of the door opening. I had to go home and vacuum and wipe down all the dirty areas! My car is meticulous so I was not happy to see all the dirt!! More
