Excellent service! When we pulled in, Dave Schmieg, greeted us and listened to our needs and what we were looking for. We immediately started looking and even though we were in the market for a used vehicle, he helped us find a brand new Ford Ranger instead that fit our needs. Normal salesman try to push you in the wrong direction and you end up walking out either unhappy or buying something you really didn't want....this is definitely not the case with Dave. He exceeded our expectations and then some! More

Operational not Mechanical issues The 3 star rating is due to operational issues not mechanical from the service department. I made an "appointment" for Monday Aug. 5th and night drop The 3 star rating is due to operational issues not mechanical from the service department. I made an "appointment" for Monday Aug. 5th and night dropped Aug. 4th. On or about August 7th I called to check status and was told that the "appointment" was a "drop-off" schedule not repair schedule. Dave Sinclair had my truck for nearly two weeks before even looking at the vehicle. This was not made clear to me at time of arranging the appointment. I was later told this was normal for processing vehicles through the shop? How many people can do without a vehicle for that period of time? This caused tension between the Service Agent (Matt Hackney) and myself. Nothing but praise for Matt and the assigned mechanic (unknown) as it was a very difficult diagnosis and repair. Matt elevated to Ford engineers to find resolution which was achieved. Dave Sinclair had my vehicle 4 weeks! Again, very much appreciate Matt's professionalism during what appears to be a very tumultuous issue Dave Sinclair has put their service agents in. I own and have purchased many Ford vehicles, my latest from Bommarito in Hazelwood. Maximum appointment for service turn-around 2-days. More
