Great place to buy, but service department needs improvement Made appointment 2 weeks in advance for recall work, but they didn't have the part so now I have to bring it back. Failed to fix my Sync system which Made appointment 2 weeks in advance for recall work, but they didn't have the part so now I have to bring it back. Failed to fix my Sync system which also needed warranty service. All they did was update the program, but apparently nobody checked to see if it fixed the issues. It was worse when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off. I don't take my truck to the dealership for service because of similar issues in the past, but for warranty and recall work I'm at their mercy. Hopefully my return appointment will result in satisfactory repairs, but I don't have any confidence that it will. More
