Dealer bound by Ford recently I had my truck in for service for a rattle in the engine they followed the tsb to the letter that was put out by ford, after this was done th recently I had my truck in for service for a rattle in the engine they followed the tsb to the letter that was put out by ford, after this was done the noise was still there and they told me that they couldn't do any more because that's the way it is supposed to be, knowing that the rattle still exists by the dealer ( Dave Sinclair Ford) you would think that the dealer would take a chance knowing that a normal vehicle doesn't sound like this and try to do some thing about it, but they wouldn't cause they were bound by Ford this just goes to show that the Ford Motor Co only cares about making cars and doesn't care what goes on after the dealer makes the sale, nothing against the dealer but if I knew that Ford was going to treat customers like this I would have not bought another Ford and just stayed with Gm trucks. More

I scored a 4 because of the slowness of the finance department. We had to wait almost an hour for finance to finish up the sale. It sounds like the dealership needs more staff for finance. That being said I would go back to them for another Ford. More
