Great Sales person Cindy Hutchcraft was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the cars and was fun to work with. I would give her a 5. I scored a 4 because of the slowness of the finance department. We had to wait almost an hour for finance to finish up the sale. It sounds like the dealership needs more staff for finance. That being said I would go back to them for another Ford. More

Service department is very hectic Stood in the service line for 20 minutes before anyone noticed me. When you walk in the door you just stand there until someone wants to talk with you Stood in the service line for 20 minutes before anyone noticed me. Expect more Quoted 1 week to repair vehicle at the body shop. Arrived a week later and all the repairs were not done correctly or completed. Said it was a second parties fault that they didn’t do the work. Kept the vehicle another week and stated they would take care of a factory recall while truck was there. Two weeks later picked up my vehicle and recall not complete stated the service department was to busy and couldn’t get to it. Same day service at a different dealer service department. Recall took less than 20 minutes More
