Inside the salesman said the office made a mistake and said the car we were looking at was $25000 instead of $22000 that the internet showed $22000. So I said so what what is the point we are here because of the internet advertising. He said and I'm not kidding if you don't buy the car now tomorrow it will go up to $25000. INCONSIDERATE DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE, DOES NOT DESERVE 1 STAR Service department made an appointment for me on a Monday morning at 6:30 am. Took the car in, called them at 4:30, had to leave a message. I called Service department made an appointment for me on a Monday morning at 6:30 am. Took the car in, called them at 4:30, had to leave a message. I called back 3 hours later, they put me on hold for 12 minutes and then when they finally answered my call, they told me it would be another couple of days before they could even look at car to diagnose it. It's a great inconvenience to be without a car, but when they demand you take it in to sit there on their lot unattended for days is totally unacceptable. This is how they treat customers who have purchased their last 4 vehicles from them. Their father would not be proud. He was a great man and ran a good business. More
