We are very satisfied with the pricing and Joe couldn’t have been better to work with, as he walked us through the use of all the tech features without pushing us out the door after the sale. He also gave me his cell and told me to make him my first call if I had any concerns or questions. Now that’s service after the sale! Another example of “working with the customer,” which Mike Detweiler did many years ago. We showed up when the dealership was closed and we didn’t even know anybody was on site. He came out, we told him what we were looking for and he took us back to look at the car we wound up buying. At the time he was heading home with a load of food when he encountered us. He could have recommended we see a salesman the next day, but went way above and beyond to assist us. We have bought four cars from Sinclair in the last 15 years or so. Buyer beware Buyer beware. We bought a used car there 4 years ago so we thought we would return. We were looking at a used Ford explorer. We drove the car and Buyer beware. Inside the salesman said the office made a mistake and said the car we were looking at was $25000 instead of $22000 that the internet showed $22000. So I said so what what is the point we are here because of the internet advertising. He said and I'm not kidding if you don't buy the car now tomorrow it will go up to $25000.
