They did drill it, but the break is still there since it was to large to totally remove. I am having a hard time believing this was not noticed by someone at the dealership before selling the car. So, although it should not spread, I have a car with an inch long X on my windshield. More

Don't Waste Your Time Where to begin? This has been a two month ordeal. I purchased a very low mileage specialty vehicle from this dealership. All things aside this was the Where to begin? This has been a two month ordeal. I purchased a very low mileage specialty vehicle from this dealership. All things aside this was the fastest sales process of any dealership I have been to. I was in and driving away in my new car in about 90 mins. Upon reviewing the paper work, there was something noted about transmission noise in the inspection. My salesman assured me they have the best service guys and everything has been addressed. Turns out everything was not okay. Before I jump to that, I have to mention the finance guy was so incredibly pushy to sell me the extended warranty that it made it akward. Almost like he knew there was some sort of issue. Fast forward a week later and I notice some odd noises. I called my local Sinclair dealership to have them take a look. And they would not see the car for over a week. I take the car in and they have a mechanic ride with me and is pretty confident the rear end is bad. They take my car and tell me that they need to take it apart and confirm. I wait 3 days with no paperwork, no loaner, or call back. I call them and they tell me they have to take it back to the dealership I purchased from because they are going to do the repair. Again, a few days go by, no communication, I have to rent a car, and continually contact them. I finally get word that the car will be delivered back to me Wednesday. I get my car back Wednesday and the porter who delivered could tell me nothing that was done, had no paperwork, no nothing. I immediately got in and drove it to see if the issue had been adressed. I also looked under the car and could tell that the rear end was taken apart, but no idea what was done. Upon driving the car the issue was addressed but now made a terrible him at speeds above 50mph. I had to get back to work so I had my wife call the dealership and ask where the paperwork was and if they test drove it after it was done. The service manager said they spent $1800 repairing it and he personally rode in the vehicle and didn't notice any noise. At this point my wife and I are so done with this entire experience. I have made a car payment and now racked up $150 in rental fees that my salesman "assured" I would be reimbursed for. The service manager offered to buy the car back from me at full price, and offered an apology. I agreed and drove the broken car back in. My salesman greeted me and immediatley tried to get me in to a different vehicle. I declined and just wanted my money back. He finally agreed. He asked for the keys and the paperwork and said they will get this taken care of on Monday and you should have your check back in a few days, it was Friday June 15th when this was told to me. Fast forward almost 3 weeks and I still dont have my check, no paperwork at this point and no response from the dealership! I am now furious and ready to take legal action. I decide to call one more time. I speak directly to accounting and they tell me I can come in this evening to pick up the check. When I get there they have me sign the title and hand me a check for about $2500. I about lost mind as I was owed over $11,000. Of course no one could assist it was 6:30 on a Friday and "everyone" that could help was gone. We called in again the following Monday at 10a after the promised call to me never came. They straightened it out and I went that evening to get the check. I ended up paying out of pocket for the dealership fee, taxes, titling, the rental car, time off work, etc on a car that I didnt end up keeping. I did not recieve an apology or even an acknowledgment that any of it was their fault. I would not recommend this dealership, I would not bring my cars here to get serviced and I advise that you dont either. I cannot deny the fact that the all around service, communication, and lack of paperwork is absolutely disgusting. More
