Service Dept. My wife's 2015 Escape was a certified preown when we purchased it in 2016. We purchased an extended warranty at the time of purchase. A few items surfaced that needed attention so we brought it in. Although an item or two may have been questionable as far as coverage our service rep., Don, was an advocate in our behalf to cover everything under warranty. His representation of Sinclair Ford is one reason why we will return and complements Dave Sinclair Sr.s vision of the way he wanted to be perceived. All staff is willing to assist, and is always friendly. Sinclair has a great reputation, and has been in business for a ton of years, our family has bought several cars from them, and have always been treated great. One opportunity for them is too free up some show room floor space, so salesman are not tripping over each other, trying to find a usable desk. This creates some privacy issues, as customers are standing around the few desks available, waiting for service, finance, questions, or their salesman to finish with another customer. The Sales Manager has a Large enclosed desk area, and the Service Area takes up a large part of the showroom floor, maybe those could be relocated, or take a few cars off the floor. More

Excellent for the last 3 years since I moved here They not only truly look out for the car to function properly but they care about ‘you’ as a person. Their customer service is awesome. They were great over all I went for a car I seen on AAA and Wasn't happy with that one but gary helped me stay in my budget and found my amazing car. gary and denny were both I went for a car I seen on AAA and Wasn't happy with that one but gary helped me stay in my budget and found my amazing car. gary and denny were both amazing. they both had great personalities made my first car buying experience memorable in a good way , we went around 5 close to closing, only problem i had was the guys in the back must have rushed the cleaning the inside of the car being that i was last customer, it was dark and snowing,we didn't notice .I was also told they would get the passcode for my keyless entry, I was told it was aftermarket and no luck. they spoke with my father and said they would try to contact previous owner and get back to me ,I'm still waiting, one of the features i liked the most and cant use :/ other then that my first car buying experience went well and smooth More
