Recall work took multiple visits to 'fix right' We recently had some recall work done (we noticed no symptoms before that). Afterwards had some issues that took multiple inconvenient trips and wast We recently had some recall work done (we noticed no symptoms before that). Afterwards had some issues that took multiple inconvenient trips and wastes of our time to get them resolved. It turns out that during the repair, a part the repair attached to became messed up. To me that is not the issue so much as the 'symptoms' were obvious, occurred most of the time, and the customer service reps would just shrug their shoulders when we suggested someone should have noticed it. Then when suggesting that they could/should have some process improvement to verify things are 'correct' before returning the vehicle to the customers, they did not seem to want to hear this. Just disappointing there does not seem to be sufficient 'quality control' on work performed. I would be more upset if this were work that I had to pay out of pocket for. Definitely do not expect this level of quality control from a dealership. It takes away incentives to choose the (typically) more expensive dealerships for labor over any other repair shop. More

I called ahead and talked to salesman Joe Palumbo and told him what I was looking for. When I got there Joe had two vehicles with exactly what I wanted up front for me to test drive. Before we did the test drive he explained the differences in the engines and what EcoBoost was. I drove one vehicle and that was all I needed. We went inside and Joe surprised me with all the rebates that were available. That sealed the deal. Thank you Joe Palumbo, Mike Quinney and J.R. Willet for everything you did to help make this a quick and smooth car buying experience! More
