Just a little confused as to the inspection report not coming to me at the time of service. Had to wait until I returned home to see what needed to be done. Also the inspection report said I needed a cabin air filter, but I had that replaced in April. I made an appt for the transmission fluid - I would have had that done at the same time as the oil change if I had known about it. I spoke with Julie this morning and she explained everything and I made an appt for the transmission fluid.

Jenn in service got me in last minute for an oil change that was way overdue and alerted me to some things the technician found that we will need to get done soon...... great customer service and timely! Will be back!

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. The staff were all very attentive, friendly and pleasant. The trade in offer on my old car was more than fair, and the rebates were a pleasant surprise. I especially appreciated the full tank of gas in the new car!
