"A very, VERY upset purchaser!!"

I was dealing with salesman "Ryan" on a certain vehicle. He gave me his cell number, so we could exchange text messages. Well......i texted him many, MANY times. He never replied until i cussed him out & accused him of "going on a vacation during a sale" and sure as xxxx, thats what he said he did!! "On vacation with my family" he said! He said he would have his boss, David Waddell, call me. I told him to forget it!! It must be nice in the middle of a sale to just up and leave and not tell the MAIN person you are dealing with!!! I will never contact THIS dealership! xxxx, i mite not even go to Idaho!! But i will tell Idaho about their Washington dealership!! I would never, NEVER recommend this dealership to ANyBoDY!!!! Too bad I can't give "NEGATIVE STARS"!!!

"Lack of communication from service department "

I have visited Dave Smith 3 times ALL visits were polite but lacked information. The last visit was for a recall repair of which I thought corrected the problem UNTIL two months later when I call them because my light is on 24/7 (only for the last week) they tell me is is supposed to be on!??? This means that for 90% of the last two months it was NOT functioning! I would have known right away had they informed me.

"The purchase of a new Nissan Murano SL"

We were very pleased with the invoice pricing; no haggling, no pressure. The process went smoothly and we got everything we wanted. Our sales person, Brad Ell, was very helpful and knowledgeable; we can recommend him without reservation. The dealership as a whole is well organized and well staffed. We originally went in to purchase a new Nissan Rogue but found that the Murano is more spacious and better equipped and suited our needs better. There was absolutely no pressure from our salesman to buy the more expensive model. This is the advantage of having the same sales commission for either one.
