Scott and the service department were great. Scott explained the issue with my MDX where I understood. Danielle at the front desk was not a pleasant person in our brief encounter. Some of the sales staff barely looked up from their phone and computer to acknowledge me. Perhaps they didn't think I had a high enough credit score...not sure but I did not get good energy from them. I will not consider this dealership in the future unless I deal with Scott and service. The only reason I return to Dave White and Acura is because of the Service Department’s manager. I think he provides a great level of customer service. I’ve been apart of Acura family for the past six because of the Service Department’s manager. I think he provides a great level of customer service. I’ve been apart of Acura family for the past six years. I recently moved to Toledo from Wisconsin which is why I use this service department. I’m just used to a higher quality of customer service. I’ve never been to an Acura service department that didn’t offer the clients a complimentary soda or something to drink other than coffee especially when you need work done that takes some time. Another issue I had- the worker needed to get into the glove box of my vehicle to change a filter. I was the “only” customer sitting in the lobby area and instead of the employee asking if I was Mr. McLendon he decided to ask another employee if he knew where I went. I don’t understand why he wouldn’t just ask me. After the second time of him asking the employee, I finally told him I was Mr.McLendon. It was very awkward. The employee stated he thought I was here for something else. If he didn’t know what I was there for why didn’t he ask me if I had been already helped. I wasn’t going to share this experience, but I keep getting text messages from you guys to take this survey. That’s my personal opinion. I will reiterate the only reason I continue to spend money at your facility is because I like the service department manager. The ratings reflect my experience outside of his dealings. More
